Moreover, we suggest to take a small pharmacy, with the following medications:  

Aspirin / paracetamol  
Anti diarrheal tablets  
Laxatives  
Pellets against sore throat  
Tube of antiseptic cream  
Cream for insect bites  
Medicines or toiletries regularly used
